Andrew McNair
Andrew is an Alliance Partner with Performance Consulting Group and is the Principal Consultant for Energy Options Australia.
He brings a wealth of experience to the team with over 30 years’ experience in the electricity industry in areas of generation, distribution and retail.
Andrew’s core expertise is in providing electrical / energy management consulting services to commercial and industrial customers. Over the last nine years Andrew has been involved primarily in providing specialist services to Bodies Corporate in the area of energy efficiency, energy contracting and utility on-supply.
He has extensive knowledge and ‘first hand’ experience in the implementation of measures to effectively manage electricity supply costs and his key areas of expertise include energy efficiency advice, tendering and contract negotiations in addition to up-skilling personnel to manage electricity costs.
Andrew’s experience is invaluable in delivering the technical expertise relating to bulk electricity supply conversion.
Sonia McDonald
Sonia is an Alliance Partner with Performance Consulting Group. She is the Director of LeadershipHQ, a Brisbane-based group which partners with organisations to deliver innovative cutting edge solutions in leadership effectiveness utilising best practice interventions around leadership organisational development.
Sonia has extensive human resources and consulting career spanning over twenty years and has worked in all aspects of human resources and focuses on:

Sonia holds formal qualifications in Human Resource Management and Psychology with a Bachelor of Business from Gold Coast Griffith University and University of Queensland, in addition to a Diploma in Neuroscience of Leadership. She is also certified in Leadership Architect and The Extraordinary Coach programs.
Herman Putter
Herman is an Alliance Partner with Performance Consulting Group. He is Managing Director of OD21, a Brisbane-based group firm that focuses primarily on organisational and people issues.
With a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Education, Higher Education Diploma, Certificate in Project Management and a Master of Psychology Degree, Herman combines high-level academic understanding with hands-on management experience.
He has both practiced as a clinical psychologist and taught psychology in tertiary institutions. Herman has been the Acting Principal of a Teachers Training College, and Divisional Chair of a 90,000-student Polytechnic. He has worked as Training Manager of a Fortune 500 company, been an Advisor for the faculty of Business Studies at a leading tertiary institution in South Africa, and a CEO of a 400-employee company.
He brings a wealth of understanding of organisational development and the need for purpose built cultures supported by substantial experience in organisational psychology and consultative work in the field of human behaviour.
Yvonne Bent
Yvonne is an Alliance Partner with Performance Consulting Group. She is Program Director of Teamlab, Brisbane where she specialises in the application of psychological type theory to enhance personal and organisational effectiveness.

She is the Principal of Blue Sky Careers, a Brisbane-based integrated Recruitment, Career Services and Human Resources Consultancy specialising in the public and private sectors with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Affairs and Change Management.
